Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear, fair refunds and cancellations on your orders.

At Redaibundles we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled, when you are eligible for a refund, which items are non-refundable, how long refunds take, and the (zero) fees involved. It works alongside our Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Order Cancellations

Physical books — before dispatch: you may cancel a physical-book order any time before it is dispatched and receive a full refund. Just email or WhatsApp us with your order ID.
Physical books — after dispatch: the order can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.
eBooks: because the download link is delivered instantly, eBook orders cannot be cancelled once the link has been sent.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

You cancelled a physical-book order before it was dispatched.
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong physical book and returned it within the 7-day window (see Return Policy).
Your order was not delivered within the estimated timeline and could not be fulfilled.
You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).

3. Non-Refundable Items

eBooks and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.
Physical books that have been used, read, marked, or damaged after delivery (other than a manufacturing/printing defect).
Return requests raised after the 7-day return window.
Books returned without original packaging or in a condition that prevents resale.

4. Refund Timelines

Once your cancellation or return is approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. After it is initiated, your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to reflect the amount in your account. We will share a confirmation once the refund is processed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Fees

Redaibundles does not charge any cancellation fee or refund-processing fee. You receive the full eligible amount back. (Where a payment gateway deducts a non-refundable transaction charge, this is outside our control, but in the vast majority of cases the full amount is refunded.)
