Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility (Criteria)

A physical book qualifies for return or replacement if, within 7 days of delivery, you find that it is:

• Damaged in transit (torn, water-damaged, broken spine, etc.).
• Defective — a manufacturing or printing defect (missing/blank/duplicated pages, misprint).
• Wrong or incorrect item — a different title, edition or quantity than what you ordered.

To be accepted, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging, along with any invoice or order reference.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• eBooks and digital downloads — non-returnable once the download link is delivered.
• Books that have been read, written in, marked, or damaged after delivery (other than the defects listed above).
• Requests raised after the 7-day return window.
• Items returned without original packaging or in non-resaleable condition.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Within 7 days of delivery, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order ID, the issue, and clear photos of the book and packaging.
2. Our team verifies the request (usually within 1–2 business days) and approves the return.
3. For serviceable pin-codes we arrange a free reverse pickup; elsewhere we share a return address and reimburse reasonable return-shipping costs.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your replacement or refund.

4. Replacement or Refund Timelines

• Replacement: a fresh copy is shipped to you free of charge, typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of the returned item being received and verified.
• Refund: if you prefer a refund, it is initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval (your bank may take a few extra days to credit it).

5. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Redaibundles bears the return shipping cost — either through a free reverse pickup or by reimbursing reasonable courier charges. You will never pay extra to return an item that was sent to you incorrectly.
